If you are a parent of a student at Aviara Oaks Elementary and would like to subscribe or unsubscribe to our Email Blast, please fill out the form below and press the submit button. An email will be sent directly to our Email Blast moderator. |

Third Party Submission Information |
As in the past, outside organizations should continue to seek approval for all materials from the Carlsbad Unified School District prior to being included in the AOE Email Blast. Contact Ellen Dodd (edodd@sdcoe.k12.ca.us) at the Carlsbad District office for CUSD approval. All approved flyers should be converted to PDF files in order to be hosted on our site and referenced within the email blast.
The PDF files should remain below 200K for ease of downloading. Also, these files should be written to allow earlier versions of Acrobat Reader to open them where possible. AOE administration has final approval on third party submissions. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Email Blast moderator. |
School/PTA Submission Information |
| Requests should include a contact name and phone number. Deadlines for submission are the Monday prior to the upcoming email blast. The Blast is a service of the AOE PTA. The AOE Website and associated email service are paid for through donations made to the Friends of Aviara Middle and Elementary Schools foundation (FAME). Send your Email Blast submission to moderator@list.aviaraoakselementary.com. |
